CUP PROFILE:
A refined and ethereal cup with notes of bergamot, jasmine, white peach, honey and citrus zest. The body is silky, the acidity is bright and refined, the aftertaste is long, floral and citrus.

The Finca Naranja farm, managed by Lorenzo Arbildo, is located at an altitude of 1,950 m in the San Ignacio region of Cajamarca, one of the best regions in Peru for Specialty coffee. Geisha from this farm is a rare lot that combines the purity of the washed processing and the elegance of the variety.
BARISTA TIP:
Serve at 130-140°F. Allow the cup to cool to reveal the floral notes and complex structure of Geisha.
