Papaver Roaster House is a specialty coffee roaster built on a simple idea: great coffee starts with care at every stage.

  • We work exclusively with high-quality green specialty coffee, sourced through trusted importers and directly from producers. Each lot is selected for its flavor profile, quality, and unique origin.

  • Before roasting, every batch undergoes both sensory evaluation and laboratory analysis. We assess key parameters such as moisture content, water activity, density, and defects to ensure we use only fresh, high-quality beans. This data also helps us determine the most suitable roasting approach for each coffee.

    All coffees are roasted on a Loring Smart Roaster, allowing precise control over the roasting process. This enables us to create clean, consistent profiles while preserving the intrinsic character of each origin.

    Roast development is monitored using an Agtron colorimeter to ensure accuracy and consistency across batches.
    We also evaluate brewing and extraction using professional tools, including DiFluid equipment, to deepen our understanding of each coffee and continuously refine our roasting profiles.
