Bahire is a small processing station in Ngozi Province. Due to its high altitude and traditional washed processing, this lot is distinguished by its transparency in the cup, floral tones and extraordinary purity. 

BARISTA TIP:

We recommend letting the coffee cool to 130-140°F – this is where the tea and fruit notes unfold.
